The Young Leaders Program, inspired by Dr. Detina Zalli’s personal experiences as a former refugee who faced significant challenges upon arriving in the EU as a child, is a transformative initiative designed to empower young individuals. Dr. Zalli, driven by her journey and the obstacles she overcame, is dedicated to providing the support and guidance she lacked. This program aims to nurture the potential of young leaders through comprehensive mentorship and leadership training.
Effective Communication:Enhancing the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, both in written and verbal forms.
Decision-Making: Learning to make informed and strategic decisions by analyzing various situations and considering multiple perspectives.
Conflict Resolution: Developing skills to manage and resolve conflicts constructively, fostering a collaborative and harmonious environment.
